Webber Design is a Structural Engineering practice with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Since commencing operations in 2007, Webber Design has been commissioned on projects of a total value in excess of $20 Billion on a variety of Residential, Institutional, Community, Commercial, Retail and Health projects ranging from luxury homes to high rise buildings.     Adelaide's Market Square is another fabulous project where Webber Design provided structural engineering services. Our client @icdproperty and their builder @multiplex have confirmed the following project program for future works including: - February to May 2023: Site preparatory works including soft strip demolition, building remediation and service disconnections. - June to September 2023: Main works demolition. - October 2023 to February 2024: Piling and basement excavation. - March 2024 to February 2026: Main construction works. Architects @woodsbagot have designed an expansion of the iconic Adelaide Central Market, the addition of new retail space, a seven-level all-electric commercial office tower implementing best-in-class sustainability practices, onsite childcare centre, luxury residences, an elevated public garden retreat and an upscale hotel. Since its launch, Market Square has become the fastest-selling project in Adelaide’s history. It is also set to break the record for most expensive Adelaide property with the sale of an exclusive $10 million penthouse.
