Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. Year 7 Part A: Cadbury Easter AR Portal 2024 Objective Provide guests with a traditional Easter egg hunt experience  through a captivating game that encourages repeat visits. Showcase the photoreal product in a stylised virtual world. Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. Year 6: LG Electronics's MoodUP Activation at  Vivid Festival Sydney 2023. Objective To celebrate the launch of LG's InstaView fridge with MoodUP™ LED color panels, LG aimed to create "MoodUP by LG," an interactive and immersive activation showcased at Sydney's annual Vivid Festival. Challenge The challenges included designing an immersive experience housed in a weatherproof structure suitable for the sloping site, incorporating a system to deliver personalized videos to participants, and efficiently moving guests through the activation tunnels within a 4-minute time frame to manage crowd flow and enhance user experience. Solution We created the appearance of a square box where animation  were displayed on a wrap-around LED wall that enveloped the outside of the activation space, while Inside, guests interacted within one of the two immersive tunnels. Utilising skeletal tracking technology, guests answered  mood-related questions through their movements—jumping left or right. The particle animations on the interior screens followed their positions, with animations changing in realtime to reflect their movements. To manage the flow of visitors and adhere to the 4-minute time constraint, we streamlined the path through the tunnels, ensuring each participant had a full experience before receiving their personalized video captured by a 360º camera and delivered via QR code. This video, along with a personalized itinerary for their visit to Vivid, was delivered immediately, creating a memorable, purposeful  and engaging brand interaction that highlighted the innovative features of the MoodUP fridge. Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. #5 BigW: The Big Headed Bilby We collaborated with Australian retailer, BIG W M&C Saatchi Group and Meta to create “The Big Headed Bilby”, a unique hybrid experience encouraging families to have fun and get creative during the school holidays. First, we developed an interactive Facebook Messenger bot to guide artists through the journey. Artists followed along using simple crafts from home or purchased them online through Big W. Then they snapped a photo of their creations through the messenger bot to see their characters come to life! Our bespoke software removed the background from their photo, and using our custom programming algorithm, extracted the keyframe animation from the film, applying that animation to the users’ character. Each craft character was then rendered into the film,  interacting with the prebuilt story to create each artist's unique mini movie, complete with personalized credits. The Big Headed Bilby campaign was recognized by all major industry publications for innovation and creativity. Our talented art team led by Julian Burgess (character animation) and Anna Fraser (environment design) hand painted environments and used traditional 2D animation techniques to animate each character to create this visually compelling and completely unique storytelling experience. Awards: Facebook Lighthouse Award Vega Awards - Best Experimental & InnovationVega Awards - Best Use of Video Vega Awards - Family, Parenting & Kids #marketing #immersivetech

Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. Year 4: Saudi Arabia Geographical Digital Twins 2021 Saudi Arabia has some of the most beautiful natural geographical features in the world. Zebrar were tasked by our Saudi based client with creating digital twins of 5 of these natural wonders for digital preservation and for use in Virtual Production and other digital applications. We partnered with Saudi Drone Company FalconViz, who lidar scanned each area from the air while Zebrar VFX Supervisor, Andrew Lodge,  used traditional VFX photography methods to capture the detail of rock faces, sand texture, flora and fauna etc.  In UE5 we took the Lidar  captured geometry and projected the photography/photogrammetry assets onto the geo to create photoreal digital replicas of 4 x over 100M2 environments, while creating an underwater sanctuary completely digitally in UE5  from photographic and scientific reference. The result is 5 Virtual Production Ready Photoreal recreations of these stunning locations. #UE5 #SaudiArabia #digitaltwin

Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. Year 3: Sydney Swans ‘Swans Story’ 2020 Objective: The goal was to create an immersive, unique, and personalized experience that connected AFL - Australian Football League Sydney Swans fans with their favorite football players. Challenge: The challenge was to provide Swans fans with the ability to see their fan history play out as a bespoke movie, uniquely personalized for each individual. This required handling a vast amount of data and creating a dynamic system capable of generating large numbers of content variations to ensure each fan received a distinct and tailored experience. Solution: We led the technology integration by developing bespoke technology and a unique algorithm that utilized real fan data to instantly create personalized video content. This system was capable of generating over 5 million possible variations, ensuring that each fan's experience was unique. Additionally, we set up digital kiosks at key locations where fans could take a selfie with their favorite Sydney Swans players  providing a memorable memento that they could share with friends and family. This approach not only deepened the fans' connection with the team but also leveraged advanced technology to transform traditional fan engagement into a modern, interactive experience. Results Recognized as the "Best Sports Campaign" of 2020 globally by Neilson  and Winner of an International ECHO Award for 'Best Video Content This integrated fan engagement experience was sponsored by QBE Insurance, cementing their affiliation with the sports federation in the minds of AFL fans. What a great time to reflect on this project heading into finals season 2024 with Sydney Swans at the top of the ladder! Happy 7th Birthday to us! We are celebrating our favourite 7 projects across 7 years. Year 2: Connected Forest Interactive Floor Game for Salesforce Dreamforce 2019 Objective MuleSoft wanted attendees of the 2019 Dreamforce conference to understand that the first step in building a connected customer experience is to integrate data sources with MuleSoft APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Challenge Inspired by the interconnected root system of redwood trees and partly by Dance Dance Revolution, we worked with Spinifex to create an interactive floor game where players learned about the power of Mulesoft APIs. Ie “The Connected Forest” Solution Zebrar developed a large interactive floor game board (interactive floor screen) with a leaderboard promoted throughout the event. We used carefully curated audio and lighting to heighten interactivity and immersion.  As a multiplayer game, conference visitors worked together to connect the trees’ roots, representing data sources. Visitors learned that MuleSoft’s APIs would help them build better, faster data connections.  After playing in The Connected Forest, attendees visited the BMW station to learn how BMW used MuleSoft APIs to build a connected customer experience. Thanks to our partners on this project Spinifex Group and George P Johnson Experience Marketing. Creative Director George K. #immersivetech #marketing #gamification
