About The Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounting and Reporting Manager will lead the consolidation and reporting function, ensuring accurate financial information is delivered to key internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong leader with technical expertise in consolidation, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consolidation processes, including quarterly reports and board presentations, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead regulatory reporting, tax compliance support, and stakeholder reporting for banks and other agreements.
  • Serve as a technical accounting champion, guiding the team on complex financial calculations and treatments.
  • Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely delivery of audit requirements.
  • Support financial data governance, risk management, and internal control compliance.
  • Drive process improvements, finance system enhancements, and ad hoc project initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience; Big 4 background is preferred.
  • Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Extensive consolidation and reporting experience in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
