Reporting into the Financial Accounting Manager, this role will join a high performing team and look after financial and statutory reporting compliance as well as coordinating audit, half year and year end procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Preparation of statutory accounts and tax effect accounting for international subsidiaries
Preparation and completion of half-year and full-year group statutory accounts, including adjustments, disclosures, and lodgement requirements.
Act as main audit contact and coordinate the process.
Assist across the preparation of monthly board reporting.
Maintain the fixed asset register, including issuing asset codes, recording additions
and disposals, and calculating depreciation.
Preparation of the intercompany reporting and intercompany matrix for key members of the finance team.
Identify process improvements for consideration by the Financial Accounting Manager and General Manager – Finance & Admin
