Your Role

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function within Lincoln Sentry. This role involves overseeing the preparation of financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. The Finance Lead will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

You will lead and coach a small team while collaborating closely with a variety of business functions. You will be part of a wider finance network within the DuluxGroup which provides great support and collaboration with other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and presentation of the monthly management reporting pack for the leadership
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Provide ongoing support to the functional teams in their delivery of strategic imperatives
• Management of the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, involving partnering with cross functional finance and non-finance executives;
• Supporting senior management with in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers including customer analysis and cost reviews;
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.

Skills & Experience

• Degree and CA/CPA Qualified
• Proven experience in a FP&A role managing a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain standards and clarity in an environment of conflicting needs, priorities and commercial pressure
