JOB ROLE


Will oversee the following departments:


Care Department

  • Maximising and continually improving the quality of care to our participants living with disabilities including liaising with allied and medical health professionals 
  • Hiring and managing A player team leaders including managing their morale, their growth and their performance
  • Acquiring and managing resources required to provide the highest quality of care including ensuring the participants live in the highest quality accommodation.


Human Resource Department:


  • Hiring and managing A players at all levels of the company including managing their morale, growth and performance


Accounts and Finance

  • Interpret NDS plans for each participant and plan schedules of support
  • Ensuring adherence with all relevant laws and regulations including those from the ATO (Activity, statements, Annual reports, payment of all taxes as required etc)
  • Payroll
  • Budgetting


Administration

  • Ensure participant and company data is always up to date, accurate and secure
  • Ensuring that meeting schedules and action items from meetings are adhered to by all staff
  • Ensuring all relevant information internally and externally is dispensed to the relevant party in a timely fashion.


I.T.

  • Ensuring all company data is backed up, up to date and secure at all times
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any hardware or software issues as they arise in a timely fashion
  • Onboarding and continuous training of staff on relevant software and hardware tools
  • Research and acquisition of the best hardware and software tools as required by various company stakeholders


Rostering

  • Ensuring all participants always have a sufficient level of compatible, qualified staffing at all times including client-staff matching & interpreting schedules of support.
  • Ensuring staff work schedules adhere to relevant regulation, statutory obligations and company policies.
  • Correct use of cloud based rostering system at all times


Compliance

  • Adhering with all relevant laws and regulations at all times


Marketing

  • Ensuring our accommodation homes are full at all times
  • Introducing new lines of business and growing revenue


Other:


  • Maintain and grow a pre agreed level of gross and net margins at all times
  • Oversee implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) 
  • Monitor, maintain and improve staff, participant and external stakeholder satisfaction levels at all times including regular collection & implementation of feedback
