The Role

As a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the COO, you will spearhead the implementation of City Fertility's strategic objectives in Victoria through adept business development strategies and leadership acumen. Your mandate will encompass driving operational excellence in the Victorian business unit, aligning with organizational strategies, enhancing service delivery, and meeting financial and quality benchmarks.

Leading multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, scientists, nursing staff, and patient services professionals, in tandem with your senior leadership cohort, you will orchestrate pivotal projects and strategies. Collaborating closely with the executive team and corporate support functions, you will ensure alignment of strategic vision and objectives.
