The Role: Lead the Charge in Growth & Innovation!

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll take center stage in expanding Nextt’s footprint in Victoria. This role is perfect for a results-driven people connector who thrives on achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and crafting creative solutions that truly meet client needs. You’ll partner with key referral sources—like hospital discharge services and supported housing—while strengthening relationships with support coordinators, allied health professionals, and clients. Your strategic insights and problem-solving skills will help you unlock new opportunities in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), driving meaningful outcomes and sustainable growth.

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in a B2B NDIS environment.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to create referrals, build partnerships, and maintain strong relationships across your region.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to forecast, analyse markets, and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM systems, driving process improvements, and developing reporting functionality.
  • Strong project management capabilities and sales skills, with a history of mentoring and developing teams to perform at their best.
