    Everyone told me I was "too late" to do this. Touché. 1. "You shouldn't launch a community at the end of the year → it's the 'proven' worst time for launches"     2. "You priced it 2x or 3x higher than the competition → they'll just flock over to them, not you" 3. "Not worth your time → you already have a huge coaching business, what's it to you money-wise?" Guess what? All 3 of these are correct "in theory" but... In reality: 1. Converted 25% of my waitlist 2. Already filling our February waitlist 3. $0.5M annual revenue added in just 7 days (on top of my already-booked-out LinkedIn business) When you build trust for the long term... There's no such thing as "too late". Monday Motivation, over! P.S. This is your sign to pursue your dream regardless of what everyone else in your LinkedIn feed tells you (including me). Or what they do to stop you. I actually had quite a few people last week (folks whom I used to consider friends) speak against me - during my launch week. Coincidence, huh?     A lot of folks ask to see my LinkedIn portfolio. But... I just show them Lara Acosta's profile. This "move" is more than enough. Lara is easily my biggest case study ever as a coach. She's the #1 female creator in the world for a reason. She's easily coachable. And takes action on her own. On the flipside... She's cried on our calls → I'm very direct. She's listening 90% of the time → this is key. She's working 10x harder than any Gen Z I know. This is all to say... I've worked with some of the biggest brands. I've invested 1000s of hours into building my own. So I don't have to do much "asking" to actually "sell". But I will ask you this: Are you the next Lara Acosta?     My LinkedIn commenting strategy is No. 1 in the world. I was even on a call with LinkedIn reps about it. Short story: In early 2022, the platform noticed how I "crept into" everyone's posts and grew my following, as well as my presence in the main feed. Fun times! But... Commenting still gets "mixed reactions". What most people think: 1. I don't know what/who to comment on 2. I don't have time to comment all day here 3. Commenting is a $0/hr activity - actual quote What you should be thinking is: 1. I need to write each comment "with intent" 2. It's much easier to write 1 comment vs. 1 post 3. This actually gives me more visibility vs. posting Bonus: Hiring managers and ICPs can "notice" you. The goal is always to get more profile views = more opportunities that "posting only" can't give you. Comment with intent → Time well spent (Repost my video for your network if you like it ♻️) P.S. Do you track how many comments you leave? I left 600+ in the last 2 days without realizing... Whoops.

    When I first posted on LinkedIn, I was insecure. (I know you've felt this way too) My first few posts, I'd count my views in real time. My next few posts, I'd count my comments. My biggest worry was "how will I look?" My last few posts? I only count opportunities. I look at new conversations started. I (actively) look for new people in my comments. I went deeper. Not wider. And it changed my business. And my life. (The "life" part deserves a separate post) I am now more confident than ever that everything I do on this platform will get me paid. And I know I haven't even scratched the surface. Yet. It's like casting a giant fishnet in the ocean. If you're only "fishing" at the surface, you'll never catch a shark. But when you go deeper, you'll find a sea of opportunities. Then, dive deeper. Confidently! Do this for a year (or less) → Watch the tide shift. (Repost this motivation for others ♻️) P.S. Do you ever feel impostor syndrome while creating content? I used to. But not anymore. You?

    Yesterday, I was officially hired by Jasmin Alić. As the only in-house lead generation expert... In his new community Link Up.     Why are Asian and African LinkedIn users disliked? "90% of my comments are Indians" "None of these people will ever buy from me" "Why am I attracting Nigerians if I'm in the US???" (deleted question from my Q&A session this week) Disclaimer: This is not the first time I was asked about the "growing number of users from [those regions]". Ok, so they may never "buy" from you. Cool. But... 90% of your followers / connections won't either! This kind of thinking needs to stop. Now, I don't know about you, but I've had... 1. Repeat 1:1 coaching clients from India. 2. Some of my favorites have been Pakistanis. 3. Creators like Samridhi, Prakhar, Ubaid, Pooja... They're among my favorite LinkedIn creators, period. When will business owners understand that... When you "go global", that means "Asia & Africa too!" And this is supposed to be a networking platform, after all? A "global" networking platform. Location doesn't determine anyone's value. Please stop discriminating. ❤️ Thank you. (Repost this ♻️) P.S. I'm writing this post because I KNOW people have said the same about Bosnians in the past too! Until I changed that perception. So I know posts like these matter in the long run. Thanks for reading.

    I don't worry about "low reach" on LinkedIn. But... I obsess over "Profile Views". Here's why: 1. No one makes purchase decisions in the feed 2. They make purchase decisions on your profile 3. Viral posts don't matter if profile views are low Think of it like this... Your profile is like a store in a super crowded mall. 1. Your main job is to increase "foot traffic" 2. Your next job is to make sure you "convert" 3. Your biggest job is to make 1 + 2 "repeatable" My proven ways to increase profile views (repeatedly): 1. Clear / catchy headline → first 45 characters 2. Well-written profile copy → for repeat visitors 3. Really good comments → "add" your expertise 4. Actively adding 2nd and 3rd degree connections Why? Because none of these depend on "post views". Turn "views" into "paid visits" → That's the goal! Hope this helps. (If so, repost for others, please ♻️) P.S.
