The incumbent will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and oversight of quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement processes within the testing laboratory. The role entails regular preparation of reports and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in response to customer complaints. Additionally, the position requires ensuring that all incoming raw materials and finished products meet established quality standards. Job Description / Responsibilities: 1. Inspect all PLB products at the distribution center (DC) to ensure compliance with Shwapno standards. 2. Conduct lab tests on rice, lentils, and other items, focusing on moisture content, broken percentage, thickness, etc. 3. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints. 4. Prepare and circulate daily inspection reports. 5.
