Easyfairs is the largest privately owned pan-European event company. We organise and host more than 110 event titles in 12 countries (Algeria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) and we manage eight venues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden. Our passion is to bring business communities and communities together. We strive to “easify” the life of our exhibitors and visitors and increase the return on their investment of time and money through all-in formulas, advanced technology and a customer-centric approach.     𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐚 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫. As many navigate a time of uncertainty and change, Coiltech proudly celebrates a milestone: 1000 booths booked across its three 2025 editions—evidence to growth built on trust and partnership. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐭: Personal interactions create real value, and trade fairs allow many of them to happen within a short time frame. For businesses, this is particularly important in times of uncertainty. Yet, many fairs are struggling with declining participation. The milestone number and Coiltech’s strong growth demonstrate that making participation simpler, more efficient, and cost-effective empowers exhibitors to engage with confidence. 𝐂𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 Making attendance at Coiltech sensibly more straightforward for exhibitors than at other fairs, with lower costs than competitors, and treating visitors not as cash cows but as valued guests—this was the core idea that inspired the launch of Coiltech Italia in 2010. Over the years, we have refined this approach with the goal of making each edition better than the last. Participants often share their satisfaction, reflected in our consistently exceeding 80% rebooking rate—far above the 60% many other fairs are content with. 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 Over time, more and more exhibitors recognized the benefits of our approach and encouraged us to expand Coiltech beyond Italy—first to Germany and now to the USA. Trust isn’t built overnight—it’s earned through consistent delivery and can be lost in an instant if a round milestone figure isn’t embraced as a call to keep improving rather than a reason to rest on the most recent laurels.     Our venues to use 100% green electricity! 🔋 We’re delighted to announce that from January 2025, operations at our four Easyfairs Belgium venues (Antwerp Expo, Flanders Expo, Namur Expo and Nekkerhal - Brussels North) will be fully powered by 100% green electricity. Easyfairs is already generating much of this green energy itself from solar panels on the roofs of Antwerp Expo and Flanders Expo.    The rest will be now provided by energy supplier NieuweStroom.     ♻️ Today marks the start of European Week for Waste Reduction. At Easyfairs, waste reduction is one of our 5 priorities to reduce the impact of our events and venues on the environment. Here are some of the steps we’re taking: 📉Since 2018, we’ve achieved a 39% reduction in overall waste across our venues. 🧩 More than 80% of our stands are reusable. 🔄As of 2025, we will complete our transition to recyclable or reusable carpet solutions on all our events. 🚫We’re committed to removing single-use plastic bottles from all catering points by 2025, with a vision to eliminate all single-use plastics by 2030. 📱 In 2023, 72% of our exhibitors reduced paper waste by using our Smart Badge and Visit Connect technologies which allow them to exchange information digitally without using paper brochures or folders. 🌱Each step we take is part of our ongoing mission to reduce waste and promote sustainable practices.     We've just closed the doors of the 40th edition of FACTS, one of Europe's oldest and largest pop culture events. Since embarking on this incredible journey in 2015, I’ve witnessed over a million smiling faces light up Flanders Expo and Brussels Expo as we welcomed them into our magical universes- FACTS, Made in Asia, or Heroes Comic Con. These joyous visitors are the very reason I cherish my job, but what truly fills me with pride is my phenomenal team, my colleagues and the hundreds of volunteers who pour their hearts into every event.   Seeing the boundless love and passion for our fans reflected in the tireless efforts of my team is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Day after day, you go above and beyond to create unique, unforgettable experiences for every edition.   The real credit belongs to those who step into the arena, those whose faces bear the marks of hard work, who give their all, and who keep pushing forward despite the challenges.     Transformative CHRO | Leading global HR strategy and pioneering HR innovations to nurture talent excellence

    🌟 Grateful and proud 🌟 Yesterday was our graduation day from the Executive HR Master programme at Vlerick Business School! When I first embarked on this journey a year ago, the timing couldn’t have seemed worse - Easyfairs was going through a transformational phase with the arrival of new private equity investors, and our HR goals were as ambitious as ever. Adding this programme on top of everything felt overwhelming and actually quite unreasonable...! Yet, a year later, I realise that this experience has been a true breath of fresh air - a privileged moment, a rare opportunity for me-time, a space to reflect deeply on the HR topics that matter most to me. Entering HR nearly two decades ago was, in many ways, unexpected - guided by my curiosity for how things work and my passion for creating meaningful experiences, understanding people, and building environments where they can thrive. This achievement is not just a milestone but a confirmation that I am exactly where I’m meant to be.
