Starting in 2⃣0⃣2⃣6⃣, all new and renovated #buildings in Albania must meet minimum #energy performance standards, using #renewableenergy and including some features: ☀ Solar energy 🚗 Electric vehicle charging 🌬 Air quality monitoring In addition, new #publicbuildings must be emission-free by 2⃣0⃣2⃣7⃣, with all new buildings meeting this requirement by 2⃣0⃣3⃣0⃣.
