Their roots also help stabilize soil, minimizing erosion and keeping waterways clear. 🌱 We are still looking for funding for trees in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Portugal. 🇪🇸 For example: In Spain, we are looking for funding for 1,600 trees. In this project near Tórtoles de Esgueva, truffle oaks will be planted during the season of 2024-2025, on three different plots. 🤝 Would your company like to invest in nature restoration this year? In an extremely busy period, it was the perfect moment to 'break up the week', find peace, and connect. 👉 Forest bathing is a mindful practice where individuals immerse themselves in a forest environment, engaging their senses to promote relaxation and mental clarity. 👉 This practice has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and boost overall well-being through a deep connection with nature. 👉 Unlike hiking, forest bathing focuses on slow, intentional movements and mindfulness rather than reaching a destination. 💚 We loved spending quality time together. 🙋♀️ Welcome, Isabella! 🤝 We are thrilled to welcome Isabella to the Go Forest team as our new intern! Isabella is Italian and is currently pursuing her Master's in Sustainable Development in Belgium. Over the next six weeks, she will be bringing her passion and expertise in forestry to our projects. 🌱 Isabella's thesis is an intriguing exploration of how forest contact impacts human well-being, both mentally and physically, and how it enhances productivity in the workplace. Additionally, she is investigating how companies can incorporate nature contact into their sustainable strategies.
