Their roots also help stabilize soil, minimizing erosion and keeping waterways clear. 🌱 We are still looking for funding for trees in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Portugal. 🇪🇸 For example: In Spain, we are looking for funding for 1,600 trees. In this project near Tórtoles de Esgueva, truffle oaks will be planted during the season of 2024-2025, on three different plots. 🤝 Would your company like to invest in nature restoration this year? In an extremely busy period, it was the perfect moment to 'break up the week', find peace, and connect. 👉 Forest bathing is a mindful practice where individuals immerse themselves in a forest environment, engaging their senses to promote relaxation and mental clarity. 👉 This practice has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and boost overall well-being through a deep connection with nature. 👉 Unlike hiking, forest bathing focuses on slow, intentional movements and mindfulness rather than reaching a destination. 💚 We loved spending quality time together.
