Brak realnej weryfikacji! 📌 Badania wymagane przez NFOŚiGW nie zapewniają poziomu kontroli porównywalnego z europejskim systemem certyfikacji. 📌 HP Keymark to system „trzeciej strony” – producent nie ma wpływu na wybór urządzenia do badań. 📌 W Polsce producent może sam zgłaszać wybrany model – co otwiera furtkę do manipulacji wynikami! ❌ Brak losowych kontroli – czy „złote modele” stają się normą? W HP Keymark: ✅ Pierwsze urządzenie do badań wybiera niezależny instytut. ✅ Kolejne modele z typoszeregu są testowane co 2 lata. ✅ Do tego dochodzą coroczne audyty i inspekcje fabryk. W Polsce? ❌ Brak badań kolejnych modeli z typoszeregu – wystarczy jeden test laboratoryjny. ❌ Brak mechanizmu wyrywkowych testów produktów sprzedawanych klientom. ❌ Producent może przetestować „złoty model”, a do sprzedaży wprowadzić coś innego! To nie teoria – na liście ZUM są urządzenia, których nie ma w bazie EPREL i które formalnie nie powinny być dopuszczone do obrotu w UE. 🏭 Brak kontroli fabryk – otwarte drzwi do oszczędzania na jakości HP Keymark wymaga rygorystycznych audytów: ✅ Coroczna kontrola produkcji. ✅ Weryfikacja komponentów. ✅ Sprawdzanie zgodności testowanych modeli z rzeczywistymi produktami. W wymogach NFOŚiGW tego nie ma! Co to oznacza? ❌ Producent może zmieniać podzespoły bez żadnej kontroli. ❌ Urządzenie testowane w laboratorium może mieć zupełnie inne parametry niż to sprzedawane konsumentowi. ❌ Brak mechanizmów ochrony klientów – nie wiadomo, czy otrzymują produkt spełniający deklarowane parametry.
