🚧 Printemps Couronne: the construction has begun! Work is progressing steadily on the Printemps Couronne project. Our teams are currently carrying out excavation works to prepare the underground parking levels, which will form the foundation of this ambitious development. Delivery of Solbosch in the heart of Ixelles, opposite to the ULB University 🌿🏢 The Medical Centre on Avenue Adolphe Buyl, marked by an unusual gap between two buildings, is being transformed through a particular project. Three key interventions shape this transformation: • Elevating the medical center with a wooden extension designed to accommodate student housing. • Replacing the rear pavilion to enhance service quality and connect the building to the landscaped park. • Constructing a 7-storey building between the existing walls. This volume creates a geometric and chromatic transition between the buildings that flank it: on the left, a neo-Gothic jewel housing the medical centre, and on the right, the Solbosch residence, which forms an arch at the junction with Avenue Brillat-Savarin. 🚀 The construction of the new RTBF headquarters is making great strides! Located in the heart of the future #Mediapark, the building will be completed in early 2025. The project redefines the concept of an urban transparent palace by creating a "Media House" that combines openness with depth, encouraging interaction rather than hierarchy. With 38,000 m² above ground and 25,750 m² underground, it's a massive undertaking. As pioneers in Belgium, we've designed one of the first television headquarters to embrace the "new way of working" while already integrating the transformation of media professions due to the digitalisation of formats.
