However, executing a complex workflow that involves both data movement and various computations can be quite challenging. This VSC | Vlaams Supercomputer Centrum training, will give you 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. Upon completing this training, you will be able to: ✅ Schedule tasks to run on a login node at specified times. ✅ Run SLURM jobs at designated times. ✅ Break down computations that consist of multiple tasks requiring specific resources into a series of SLURM jobs using job dependencies. ✅Understand how to use job dependencies to restart jobs that can checkpoint their state. ✅ Utilize SLURM job arrays to run multiple jobs with similar resource requirements. ✅ Employ either worker-ng or atools to simplify the management of parallel workflows. ✅ Use a workflow manager to execute a workflow that consists of multiple tasks requiring specific resources. 🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱?
