As an International Portfolio Manager at Agristo, you will be responsible for developing, structuring and implementing methodologies and tools within the international expansion team. You will play a crucial role in aligning projects with Agristo's strategic objectives and ensuring that we achieve maximum value and successfully realize our business roadmap.
As part of the International Expansion team within Agristo, you will support and unburden the other team members in the field of project management and program management.
You are a sparringpartner for them so that the project is defined SMART, the roadmap is clear and you keep an overview of dependencies between all projects.
You manage the project pipeline and maintain the portfolio according to the strategic and tactical value of projects. You ensure resource planning according to priorities and in coordination with all stakeholders.
You can assess risks and proactively respond to future challenges.
You work together with the global Agristo PMO and coordinate with them on tooling, methodology, etc.
You can set up KPIs and milestone planning and report on them. You think along and make adjustments so that objectives can be achieved.
You are the one keeping everything togheter, both within the team and towards all internal and external stakeholders. You build and maintain good relationships and involve them where necessary. Your stakeholders are not only located in Belgium, but also in other parts of the world.
You will make an active contribution to the strategic planning process, providing input and overseeing priorities, resources and capabilities to achieve strategic goals.
Hier herken jij jezelf in:
A Master's degree and at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in setting up and managing project and portfolio management processes within an international environment.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and governance implementation.
A strategic mindset and the ability to set priorities and optimize processes in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of English is crucial. Dutch is nice to have.
You are flexible to travel a few times a year (10%)
