Pricing Analyst EMEA + APAC
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid Working)

This role is crucial in optimising pricing strategies through data analysis and insights. You will collaborate with various teams to collect and analyse data, identify pricing trends, and propose strategies to enhance profitability and maintain competitiveness in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA-APAC and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will:
Analyse complex datasets and translate them into actionable pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Manage price renewals, develop tracking tools for price adjustments, and enhance the impact of pricing strategies.
Use statistical models to forecast the impact of pricing decisions on profitability and sales.
Partner with Sales Enablement and Commercial Analytics teams to refine pricing tools and processes.
Ensure data quality by screening sources and implementing corrective measures.
Maintain and optimise floor and target pricing.
Prepare detailed reports and visually engaging presentations of findings.
Conduct pricing simulations, provide guidance on price revisions, and forecast outcomes.
Design dashboards and issue sales reports with customer profitability metrics.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a similar role within a B2B multinational environment.
Advanced skills in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, SPSS, or Qlik is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets accurately.
Expertise in pricing strategies and methodologies.
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
Exceptional communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
