After some requests, we just launched the possibility to run offline our Failure Analysis Module, no need to have KAIROS software running in real-time. We just need to receive some offline data, in the same way it is available on operations (unstructured): - well profile and geometry (normally in .xls) - activated tally on rig format (normally in .xls) - corresponding top drive sensors data on that period (to calculate rotating hours and drilled meters for each pipe) - last inspection certification (normally in .pdf) With these offline data we can issue an online report to evaluate premature wearing, root cause analysis and make a complete failure analysis case for each selected pipe.
