Our Christmas party was a fantastic finale to the year as we commemorated tenures and celebrated together at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg. We wish you all a happy holiday season as we wrap up 2024 and look to a bright new year!

Building Bayview Way–keeping the RM of MacDonald interconnected ahead of the future twinning of McGillivray Boulevard.

Bayview is proud to be Winnipeg’s biggest snow and ice removal service provider. For over 30 years, we have supported the City of Winnipeg Street Maintenance department crews. For our team, that means being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—you never know when a winter snow event may occur! We do it all, from all-out grader plowing events to back lane clearing, sidewalk plowing, sanding and salting, and truck plowing the regional street system. We are proud to support the City’s efforts to keep the Winnipeg road system clear and in safe driving conditions all winter long.

We’re proud to be part of the innovative Southwood Circle project with UM Properties GP Inc. The project will transform the University of Manitoba campus into a “univercity” by providing housing, employment, amenities and learning opportunities, all within a 5-minute walk. Working hard while keeping traffic flowing on the Abinojii Mikanah eastbound rubblization project—rubblization of 3.7km of existing concrete road that remained in place as support structure for the new road. These measures allowed for an environmentally friendly solution to re-paving. We finished up by installing the City of Winnipeg’s first Superpave asphalt project meant to stand up to Winnipeg’s weather fluctuations.

Our crews are wrapping up a full season of projects throughout our province. From road construction to crushing to sewer and water, every job site looks different as we build Manitoba.

Our team celebrated Thanksgiving with a good, old-fashioned pig roast. This marked our 31st  annual fall staff appreciation pig roast, and it was another memorable night of food and fireworks! We’re thankful year-round for this amazing team and proud of what we’re building together.
