Reminiscing on an amazing Learning Exchange with the National Connector Program this fall... The time spent brainstorming with other #Connectors and coordinators has given Rhian so many ideas for how to develop the Valley Connector Program this coming year. Bring on 2025!!! ✨ Valley Regional Enterprise Network Valley Business Hub

Welcome to the Valley Connector Program, KP! Kamalpreet brings incredible energy into our program as one of our newer Connectees. KP joined the program with great experience and knowledge to share with his background in sales, but hoped to keep learning more about Canadian culture and ways to get connected within the community. We are so thrilled to have been able to connect him with Mike Cameron from Kings County Family Resource Centre - one of our superstar Connectors and #AnnapolisValley organizations. Thank you Mike & KP for being awesome additions to our program and for sharing your skills with us!

One of the greatest joys that comes with being a coordinator with the National Connector Program is working with other AMAZING coordinators across the province. Meet Miranda MacLean (Western Regional Enterprise Network (Western REN)), Abhishek Bhatt (Truro & Colchester Partnership for Economic Prosperity), and Ocean Phi Long Le (Cape Breton Partnership). Together, we make up the rural coordinators for Connector Programs in Nova Scotia. It is great to meet with them monthly to chat about exciting new opportunities and support each other through challenges. 💚 Thank you to the rural team for being the best long-distance colleagues! Happy Holidays ✨ Valley Regional Enterprise Network Valley Business Hub

Creativity all throughout the Valley Business Hub this week! It's been a time of friendly competition as we allow visitors and clients to vote for their favourite door! Rhian's door was of Ski Martock with each of the team members from the Valley Regional Enterprise Network, CBDC Hants-Kings, and Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce having fun skiing, snowboarding, munching BeaverTails Canada Inc., or maybe having a wipeout... Adam Kemp. Visit us next week to make your final votes and chat to members of our team! Town of Kentville

Say hi to one of our wonderful Connectees, Karla! You may have heard Karla's moving presentation during the Immigration & Community Fair earlier this fall, where she shared about her family's experience moving to Nova Scotia from Mexico. As you can clearly see, Karla's positive energy is contagious. Her desire to further connections in the Valley community, as well as her years worth of industry experience working as a Buyer & Logistics Coordinator, brings so much to our region. Want to get in touch with Karla? Reach out and we can get you connected! National Connector Program Valley Regional Enterprise Network
