Canada and the United States are connected by 31 active transmission lines that bring power back and forth between the two countries. Around 70 TWh of electricity crosses the border bringing in a trade relationship of over 3 billion dollars and safe, reliable electricity for customers. In times of trouble like extreme weather or cybersecurity threats, our shared grid can deliver power to those who need it most on either side of the border. Learn more: https://loom.ly/xddA_rk
