Dalhousie’s Faculty of Architecture and Planning is delighted to host an evening exhibition of artist Christopher Webb’s new body of work, Contained, on November 22 (4-9pm), with an artist and curator talk starting at 6:30pm. Contained takes a microscopic view of our economic activities and policies through the journey of the world’s most expensive box — the twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU), commonly known as the shipping container. Through this series of photorealistic paintings, Christopher offers us an opportunity to look critically at supply chain disruptions, shifts in consumer behavior, and a glimpse into the future. See you there!
