My favourite type of mall events are oftentimes the simplest ones - but they are fun for our customers and tenants alike, while supporting a worthy cause. Our latest contest at Kildonan Place is exactly that. More than 20 tenants have decorated Gingerbread Houses, which are on display at Centre Court until December 30. For a $5 donation to Habitat for Humanity Manitoba's Women Build program, customers get 10 tickets where they can vote for their favourite design, silent-auction style. 100% of donations go to Women Build. The tenant-designed house with the most votes wins a special prize for their team, and one lucky voter will win a 4-pack of Thermal Experience gift certificates for Thermea in Winnipeg.
