The new campus will feature 80,000 square feet of incredible facilities such as a gymnasium, indoor play area, and more classrooms within the existing building structure. The building is designed to support the student body and enhance educational programs for kindergarten to Grade 7 and a wide array of extracurricular activities. École Hammond Bay Elementary School is a single-track French Immersion School located in Nanaimo, BC. The school is located on the traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw peoples and is adjacent to beautiful Neck Point Park. Over the years, the school has undergone significant changes. Recently, this included a transformative two-story addition and a new front entrance. The expansion was substantial and aligned with the school's goals to increase student capacity and provide new spaces for enriched learning experiences.
