Sharing Our 2024 Third Quarter Financial Results 📈 Last week we announced our 2024 third quarter financial results, showcasing strong revenue and cash flow per unit growth and how our high-quality, well-located portfolio continues to drive exceptional operational performance.   Key highlights include:   - A 5.9% year-over-year increase in average monthly rent for the Same Property Portfolio. - An 8.3% growth in Normalized FFO and a 9.6% increase in AFFO per unit. - A 10.8% reduction in interest costs compared to Q3 last year. - A 3.0% increase in monthly distributions, marking the sixth consecutive year of distribution growth.   Our commitment to financial flexibility and strategic capital allocation remains strong, with plans to upward finance four properties in Ottawa and Toronto, generating approximately $91 million in net proceeds.   Read the full press release for more details:  https://lnkd.in/g4tJDemh   #MintoApartmentREIT #FinancialResults #RealEstate #Investment #Growth

Nigel couldn't attend the Milestone luncheon, so our Senior Leadership, along with his team, orchestrated a heartwarming surprise in the lobby. With a beautiful gift basket and heartfelt words of gratitude from our Leaders, it was a memorable moment for our dear Nigel.   Nigel was genuinely surprised and overjoyed!
