✨ We're honoured to be featured on the front cover of the Fall issue of Westcoast Homes & Design!✨ This spotlight showcases our Cheeky Yaletown Penthouse project, which won the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) 2024 award for Best Townhouse or Condominium Renovation under $300,000. This project’s transformation was all about reclaiming space and enhancing functionality. By reorienting the previously maze-like layout, we unlocked valuable square footage for the main living areas, resulting in a stunning, open-plan design with refined finishing touches throughout.
