Bringing Ocean Tech to Life: Behind the Lens with Ocean Diagnostics 🌊 Last year, I had the chance to work with Ocean Diagnostics Inc. on a production that covered just about every angle—literally. Their microplastic and eDNA depth sampler, Ascension, is revolutionizing research—giving scientists a portable, precise tool to collect critical data from below the surface. This wasn’t just a simple shoot. Over two days, we went all in: 📸 Studio Product Shots – Clean, detailed imagery to showcase Ascension up close. 🎬 Scripted Video – A structured narrative to explain how and why the device matters—told through the expertise of CEO Ethan Edson. 🚁 Drone Footage – Capturing the fieldwork from above. 🤿 Underwater Cinematography – Brought in a commercial diver to film the device in action below the surface. It was a huge undertaking, but watching everything come together made it all worthwhile. Big shoutout to the Ocean Diagnostics team for trusting me with this project.
