1 in 5 students attending school in Peel Region faces barriers related to poverty that prevent them from fully participating in school. The Peel Learning Foundation is a community-based, charitable organization that raises funds to enable Peel District School Board students to achieve personal excellence by providing resources that help them overcome barriers. Our goal is to raise funds to level the playing field and help students do more and achieve more.

The Peel Learning Foundation was unanimously declared the Charity of Choice of the Peel District School Board on December 18, 2024 by the PDSB Trustees. Thank you Trustee Will Davies for putting forth the motion, Trustee Jill Promoli for seconding the motion and Trustee Stan Cameron for your advocacy of PLF and the work being done to help students in need.
