Yesterday, I spoke to a potential client who seemed interested in Pluvo but had one reservation: “I can see how this would be useful, but in all the jobs I’ve worked, no one in our industry has ever needed to forecast with this level of precision.” It was a fair comment, so I flipped the conversation around and asked, “What’s the competition like in your industry?” After a pause, they admitted it was fierce. No one was winning enough market share to stand out. So I had to ask: If everyone’s struggling to stand out, why keep copying the same playbook? Why pass up the chance to uncover insights your competitors haven’t touched? In a crowded space, it’s not about blending in. It’s about doing what others AREN'T doing.
