At the top of the year, we made a risky decision. Potloc had built a broad client base working with brands across industries, adding more logos to our portfolio, building revenue, and expanding fast. But were we spreading ourselves too thin for the long run? A closer look showed how some clients — our consulting and private equity partners — were driving far more value. Deal cycles were faster, relationships stronger, and client satisfaction higher. So, we did something bold. We decided to narrow our focus entirely to consulting and private equity firms. That meant walking away from verticals that had once been big parts of our business. It meant training our entire team on the shift and refining our product to deliver exactly what Consulting & PE firms needed. It was a risk, but it paid off. 👉 Boosted internal operational efficiency: Everybody was aligned on one ICP, making cross-department alignment way easier. 👉 Improved customer satisfaction: Our NPS soared. 👉 Accelerated growth: Our revenue skyrocketed.
