As an Analyst, you'll: 💼 Spend 80% of your time working with a Canadian impact investing fund, advisory firm, foundation, or accelerator. 🤝🏻 Participate in Propel-led training and consulting or research projects with your remaining 20%. Plus, you'll form a tight-knit community with the other Analysts across the country. ✨ Catalyze your career in social innovation and social finance. 83% of our previous Analyst Program partners have retained Propel talent after the internship ends. We're hiring a Winter 2025 Social Finance Analyst in partnership with the great team at Community Forward Fund (part of the New Market Funds platform). Applications are open for Canadian impact-first funds, accelerators, advisory firms, foundations, and companies to hire up to four trained Propel Impact Analysts in Summer 2025. How it works: ➡ We're training your future Analysts right now through our Impact Investing and Impact Consulting Fellowships. They'll come to you with at least 10 months of experience, ranging from due diligence and investment memo writing to market research and impact measurement. ➡ We save you time by managing a customized, equitable recruitment process for your time. You'll interview the candidates we shortlist for you and make the final decision on who receives offers. ➡ Analysts will work with your team for 80% of their work week.
