Featuring one of the largest mass timber buildings in the Okanagan Region! 🌟 West Kelowna City Hall and Library is a 52,000-sq ft, multi-purpose facility that houses a 15,000-ft2 library, administration offices, a learning centre, offices for MPs, council chambers, and community service areas for ICBC and other government services. A portion of the third floor was designed with allotted loads for additional modules in case of future expansion. Using pre-engineered connection systems, we delivered a clean and seamless structure that offers a vibrant gathering place for the community of West Kelowna. Clean Lines.
