Due to limited work experience and seniority, young people are often the first to be let go when businesses need to downsize. Many young Canadians also face fewer workforce connections and limited opportunities to build their networks as they transition from school to work. The Future Skills Centre - Centre des Compétences futures (FSC) recently released their State of Skills report, which highlights strategies for fostering greater collaboration between educational institutions, industry, and government to create pathways for career success. Check out the report and FSC’s findings below! ⬇️ 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gvE-Hmwf
