Building solutions where they’re needed most. In Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Kuponya Innovations is taking on the challenge of climate-resilient housing with a remote turnkey project built offsite and assembled last week by a small, first-time crew. Founded at Wilfrid Laurier University, Kuponya Innovations began as a student-led initiative to support communities most affected by climate change, focusing on housing. In Canada, Indigenous communities in the North are among the first and hardest hit by climate impacts, already grappling with a critical housing crisis. Discover how projects like this redefine what’s possible in construction and how you can get involved: https://lnkd.in/g7EPt6RK
