At the recent luncheon of The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, panelists, including Tourism Winnipeg's VP of Tourism Natalie Thiesen, highlighted how collaborative efforts are fueling Manitoba’s tourism recovery and growth. With 2025 and 2026 packed with exciting events like the Canadian Elite Basketball League Championship Weekend, the 2025 Grey Cup, Rendez-vous Canada, and the 2026 World Indigenous Business Forum, our focus is now on building the pipeline for 2027 and beyond. “Post-COVID — really in the last year — is when we’ve really doubled down (on events),” Natalie shared, emphasizing the need for strategic positioning and collaboration to stay competitive.  Thank you to Natalie, Angela J.
