Casa Rino: from one to three homes without losing its original soul Every home has a soul, but some have the ability to transform without losing it. Casa Rino was born as a single dwelling, a compact and indivisible space. Today, thanks to a meticulous process of reactivation and spatial rethinking, it has evolved into three independent units, each with its own identity, yet connected by an architectural balance that preserves their continuity. Not just a simple subdivision of spaces, but a new vision of living, where every environment is designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and a deep connection with the surrounding landscape. Three autonomous homes, linked by an invisible thread that retains the essence of the original building, adapting it to the needs of the present and the opportunities of the future. From one home, three new lives have been born, each with its own story to tell.

In parallelo, prosegue con successo la gestione dei flussi amministrativi affidata a Omnis Vision SA , nella persona di Aude Girard, professionista con oltre dieci anni di esperienza nel settore. From Recovery to Rebirth: The Sega Patriziale of Arbedo In 2018, Atelier Ribo+ began the revitalization of the Sega Patriziale, an ancient community sawmill managed by the Patriziato, once a key center for local wood processing. Historically documented as early as 1478, this structure served the community for centuries, deeply rooted in the landscape and artisanal traditions of the region. Following a meticulous restoration and enhancement, in 2022, the Sega Patriziale reopened with a new purpose. Today, it stands as a cultural and educational space, designed to host events and community activities, becoming a point of reference for collective well-being and the construction of a sustainable future. —— Dal recupero alla rinascita: la Sega Patriziale di Arbedo Nel 2018, Atelier Ribo+ ha avviato i lavori di riattivazione della Sega Patriziale, un’antica segheria comunitaria gestita dal Patriziato, un tempo fulcro della lavorazione del legno locale. Storicamente documentata già nel 1478, questa struttura ha servito per secoli la comunità, integrandosi nel paesaggio e nella tradizione artigianale del territorio. Dopo un attento intervento di valorizzazione e recupero, nel 2022 la Sega Patriziale ha riaperto le sue porte con una nuova vocazione. Oggi è uno spazio culturale e didattico, pensato per ospitare eventi e attività comunitarie, diventando un punto di riferimento per il benessere collettivo e la costruzione di un futuro sostenibile.

Dal passato al futuro: la rinascita della Sega Patriziale Un luogo carico di storia che torna a vivere grazie a un attento intervento di riqualificazione. Un tempo fulcro della lavorazione del legno per la comunità, oggi la Sega Patriziale è uno spazio rinnovato, dedicato alla cultura, alla condivisione e alla sostenibilità. Casarino: A New Way of Living the Territory Atelier Ribo+ presents Casarino, a project that blends innovation, tradition, and sustainability in the heart of the Terre del Ceneri. This initiative aims to enhance the built heritage, redefining its potential and giving back to the territory a new quality space, designed for individual well-being and environmental respect. Casarino is the result of a design approach that fosters dialogue between architecture and nature, offering living solutions that prioritize balance, natural light, and continuity with the surrounding landscape. Three independent residential units, immersed in greenery and connected by shared spaces, introduce a new vision of living, centered on comfort, integration with the environment, and a fluid conception of interior spaces. The project involves the renovation of an existing building with a strong focus on energy efficiency and resource conservation. The design enhances natural light, the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, and the material quality of surfaces, creating atmospheres that invite an authentic and conscious living experience. Casarino is more than just a residential project; it is an expression of the ability to transform spaces into places to be lived in, in harmony with time and territory.

House of Ribo: a space for sharing, research, and experimentation. atelier ribo+ officially opens the doors of its home to share its journey and its deep connection with the territory. An opening guided by a strong and consistent intention, reflecting our most creative and sustainable identity. This first presentation is dedicated to Habitat Lago Maggiore, a project that has been with us since 2021 and is now reaching completion. A place designed for living and welcoming, in perfect harmony with its surroundings, blending architecture, landscape, and sustainability. On November 13, 2024, the atelier ribo+ team shared this special moment. Today, we bring it to the world.

Le Jardin de la Pala : une architecture en harmonie avec le paysage. Ce projet s’inscrit dans un cadre paysager marqué par un lien fort avec la nature, avec l’objectif de concevoir une architecture qui ne s’impose pas, mais qui s’intègre harmonieusement à son environnement. Le Jardin de la Pala est né de l’idée de fluidifier la relation entre l’espace bâti et la nature, à travers l’utilisation de matériaux locaux, de formes légères et de solutions architecturales qui renforcent la connexion visuelle et sensorielle avec le paysage. Les éléments architecturaux et les choix de design répondent à l’orographie du site, exploitant la lumière naturelle et la continuité entre intérieur et extérieur pour créer des espaces favorisant le bien-être et une expérience immersive de l’espace. Oggi ho avuto l’onore di partecipare al Ferragosto di cantiere di Habitat Lago Maggiore, un evento che, al di là del festeggiamento per la conclusione delle opere al grezzo, rappresenta il connubio tra la visione progettuale e il lavoro quotidiano di chi, con impegno e passione, trasforma le idee in realtà.  Oggi abbiamo festeggiato un progetto che cresce non solo nei materiali, ma anche nelle persone, nei legami, nelle sinergie che si creano lungo il cammino. È con lo sguardo rivolto al futuro e alla prossima apertura di questo meraviglioso progetto, che vorrei ringraziare per le emozioni vissute oggi Elia Frapolli, per aver creduto in questa visione dal giorno zero, i miei colleghi del team atelier ribo+ e Christian Rivola, che ha guidato questo viaggio con determinazione e ricerca costante, lo Studio Ingegneria Sciarini SA, che ha accompagnato le fasi sul cantiere, a fianco dell'instancabile Piergiacomo Acerboni e la Banca Raiffeisen del Vedeggio che ha creduto al valore di questo progetto.
