🚆 FAIRTIQ startet landesweit in Baden-Württemberg – einfach einsteigen und losfahren! Seit dem 4. Februar 2025 können Fahrgäste in ganz Baden-Württemberg mit der FAIRTIQ-App ihre Reisen im öffentlichen Regional- und Nahverkehr noch einfacher und flexibler gestalten. Als neuer Lizenznehmer von CiCoBW (Check-in-Check-out Baden-Württemberg) sind wir stolz darauf, unser Angebot in Deutschland weiter auszubauen – und das nun vollständig in drei Bundesländern! Mit nur einem Swipe sind Fahrgäste zum Beispiel von Karlsruhe nach Freiburg oder von Stuttgart nach Heidelberg im gesamten Nah- und Regionalverkehr unterwegs. FAIRTIQ arbeitet nahtlos mit dem vom Verkehrsministerium Baden-Württemberg und den regionalen Verbünden eingeführten CiCoBW-System zusammen, das das Reisen im gesamten Bundesland erheblich vereinfacht. 🚀 Bereits heute nutzen rund 20.000 aktive Kundinnen und Kunden die FAIRTIQ-App in Baden-Württemberg und zählen aktuell 100.000 Fahrten pro Monat. 🚆 Automated Ticketing Surpasses Vending Machines in Switzerland for the First Time In a historic milestone for public transport, Switzerland saw more automated tickets 📱sold than traditional ticket machine 🎫 purchases for the first time in November 2024! As the graph below shows (source: Alliance SwissPass), the shift toward prepaid mobile tickets is growing rapidly, revolutionizing the way travelers purchase tickets. 🔙 A Brief History: Switzerland’s FAIRTIQ journey began back in 2016, with initial partnerships including transports publics fribourgeois, Rhätische Bahn, and Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG. The success of the concept rapidly expanded, and by 2018, FAIRTIQ users could travel seamlessly across Switzerland and Liechtenstein with just one swipe. Fast forward to 2019, when the SBB CFF FFS integrated FAIRTIQ's tech into their SBB Mobile app under the name "EasyRide." The result? MPAYG (Mobile Pay As You Go) has grown significantly, now holding about 20% market share for single tickets and day passes. 📲 The trend is clear—Automated Ticketing is shaping the future of ticketing in Switzerland, and this positive growth shows no signs of slowing down! #MPAYG

🚀📱 Rejsekort as an App Hits Over 1 Million Journeys in Midtjylland! 🚌🚆 Fantastic news from Denmark! 🇩🇰 Since its launch in September 2024, the digital Rejsekort A/S app has seen an incredible adoption rate, making travel more convenient across the country. According to a press release from Midttrafik, the app has now surpassed 1 million trips in Region Midtjylland alone! 🎉 🔹 7.5 million journeys nationwide since launch 🔹 750,000 registered users already onboard 🔹 Young travelers (18-25) are leading adoption, but demand is growing across all age groups—including 17,000+ users aged 77+! The app eliminates ticketing barriers by allowing seamless check-in and check-out across buses, trains, metro, and light rail, and there’s more to come: ✅ 2025 updates will introduce features for group travel, children, bicycles, and discounts for people with disabilities and early retirees.
