A highlight from Lucerne Festival Forward 2024: Tune in to Radio SRF 2 Kultur tonight at 21.00 to relive the concert "Trance". The Ensemble of the #LucerneFestivalContemporaryOrchestra (LFCO) plays works by Catherine Lamb and Anthony Braxton – a trance-like, deep-listening experience for musicians and listeners alike. Recorded on 16 November 2024.

Oh Switzerland, you never fail to amaze us 🇨🇭 This weekend sees the final race days of White Turf 2025. One of the nine prestigious Swiss Top Events, White Turf brings together precious racehorses, international jockeys, and tens of thousands of visitors in a spectacular setting on the frozen Lake of St. Moritz. Congratulations to all composers who have been chosen for the Lucerne Festival Academy 2025 👏 Zixuan Chen, Mikel Iturregi, Egemen Kurt, Joonghyun Lee, Maya Miro Johnson, Jaebong Rho, Agnes Vranceanu, and Julia Constance Wiger-Nordås have been selected for the Composer Seminar, which will be conducted by Dieter Ammann and Unsuk Chin. To celebrate the 100th birthday of Pierre Boulez, Lucerne Festival will commission four new works to be performed during the 2025 Summer Festival.
