With extensive experience in impact investing, Marco is a business angel, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿, and 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 of the Impact Hub Network. As the CEO and primary shareholder of Impact Hub Milano, leading incubator focused on impact-driven businesses, he plays a key role in managing the company and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Marco has built a diverse portfolio of investments in over 30 startups worldwide, demonstrating a consistent commitment to supporting impactful and sustainable ventures. Beyond his impact-focused endeavors, he founded almostthere | beyond sport, a company focusing on sports as a channel to discipline and integrity. He also served as CEO of GreenComm Racing, a challenger in the 34th America’s Cup. His professional background also includes substantial experience as a strategy and management consulting, with expertise spanning telecom, media, energy, and consumer goods. Marco holds a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and continued his academic endeavors at INSEAD Executive Education, further enriching his strategic and business acumen. We are thrilled to welcome Sarah C. as a new member of our Advisory Board. Sarah joined Google in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Director of Engineering at YouTube Shopping and Google Zürich Site Lead. At YouTube, she has made significant contributions to the Creator Economy and Shopping initiatives, helping shape the platform's future. Before her impactful role at Google, Sarah was Senior Director of Engineering at LinkedIn, where she focused on Application Infrastructure. Her impressive career also includes 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗼! 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆. Sarah holds an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco and a graduate degree from San Jose State University. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply passionate about 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵. She serves on the Women in Tech Switzerland Advisory Board and actively advocates for girls' involvement in technology. Her dedication to her field has earned her recognition on the Forbes "𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟱𝟬 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵" America and World list in 2019.
