🌱First ABR-Certified Group Achieving RTRS Certification for Soy This milestone celebrates the first group of producers already certified under the Brazilian Responsible Cotton (ABR) standard who have now achieved RTRS certification for soy production. A collaborative effort between Round Table on Responsible Soy Association (RTRS), Abrapa - Associação Brasileira dos Produtores de Algodão, Aprosoja/MS, and AMPASUL made this possible, showcasing the potential to align sustainability standards and optimize certification processes. This is a significant step toward large-scale certification, paving the way for other soy producers to follow suit. 🌟 Did you know? Of the 108 indicators in the RTRS Standard for Responsible Soy Production, 78 (72.2%) are already included in the ABR cotton standard, and 10 (9.3%) are partially met. By completing the remaining 30 indicators, an ABR-certified producer can also achieve RTRS certification for soy. 👉 Learn more about the benefits of combining certification systems, the success of this collaboration, and its potential to scale up sustainable soy production: https://lnkd.in/dw3ya4TT #Sustainability #RTRSCertification #ResponsibleSoy #Cotton
