10 Years of SAKK 35/10 Trial: A Promising Regimen for Follicular Lymphoma The SAKK 35/10 phase-2 trial by SAKK and Nordic Lymphoma Group (NLG) compared rituximab (R) alone vs. R+lenalidomide (L) in untreated follicular lymphoma (FL). Results show higher complete remission rates and sustained improvements in response duration, progression-free survival, and time to next treatment with R+L. Over 60% of R+L responders remained in first CR at 10 years. The shorter RL regimen (18 vs. 120 weeks) offers a safe alternative, especially for frail and elderly patients. Further information: https://lnkd.in/ePtgGQg6 -------------- 10 Jahre SAKK 35/10-Studie: Eine vielversprechende Therapie bei follikulärem Lymphom In der Phase-2-Studie SAKK 35/10 der SAKK Schweizerische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klinische Krebsforschung SAKK und der Nordic Lymphoma Group (NLG) wurde Rituximab (R) allein mit R+Lenalidomid (L) bei unbehandeltem follikulärem Lymphom (FL) verglichen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen höhere komplette Remissionsraten und anhaltende Verbesserungen bei der Ansprechdauer, dem progressionsfreien Überleben und der Zeit bis zur nächsten Behandlung mit R+L. Über 60 % der R+L-Ansprechenden blieben nach 10 Jahren immer noch tumorfrei (CR). Das kürzere RL-Schema (18 vs. 120 Wochen) bietet eine sichere Alternative, insbesondere für gebrechliche und ältere Patienten.
