Salesforce has unveiled #Agentforce 2.0 - good to see things move! 🤖 The latest iteration will introduce advanced reasoning capabilities 🧠, integrations into the broader Salesforce product stack, and enhanced customization. Key Features of #Agentforce 2.0: -- Pre-built Skills Library: Comprehensive collections of agent skills across CRM, Slack, Tableau, and partner-developed solutions via the AppExchange (Watch out for SalesWings - we got something in the works!). -- Agentforce in Slack: Deploying AI agents directly within Slack is now possible, to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration. -- Enhanced Reasoning and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): This is big and probably the most significant technological improvement. It promises improved decision-making and information retrieval, enabling more accurate and context-aware interactions. Here's the Availability Timeline ⏱️: -- December 18, 2024: Skills for Tableau become generally available (That's today!). -- January 2025: Agentforce in Slack and natural language creation in Agent Builder launch. -- February 2025: Full release of Agentforce 2.0, including MuleSoft for Flow, MuleSoft API Catalog, and Topic Center.
