Happy to be out on BMJ Open with the research protocol of The Empty Office: An International Study of Teleworking (TEO), which was funded by the Swiss Network for International Studies (SNIS) This summer we collected data on over 4000 workers in four European countries: Switzerland, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. Through the theories and methods of social network analysis, TEO is analyzing the mechanisms linking teleworking and well-being using a mixed-method design. We are interdisciplinary team of experts and researchers across institutions: University of Geneva (Guillaume P. Fernandez; eric widmer), University of Lausanne (Koorosh Massoudi); University of Amsterdam (Stephanie Steinmetz); University of Fribourg (Stéphane Cullati); Autonomous University of Barcelona (Oscar Molina; Sander Junte), ZEW (Melanie Arntz), SECO (Nicola Cianferoni) and ILO (Manal Azzi).
