ATTENTION MRM CONSULTANTS! The International Labour Organization - PATHWAYS project is looking for a Monitoring & Results Measurement (MRM) consultant with MSD/DCED experience. We need someone to help us build a DCED-compliant MRM system and design baseline research for our interventions. Back from Nairobi, 10 days later: happy to have been at the #DCEDseminar After more than 4 years of not having DCED seminars it was great to reflect on the latest developments in private sector and market systems development. And to (re) connect to colleagues and friends in this field. Interesting discussions with donors (Sida, USAID, Dutch MFA) and implementers, highlighting: (i) the need to go green in all spheres; (ii) the expansion of MSD practice for employment, job creation and Decent Work and (iii) the growing recognition of the importance of market pull factors in situations of fragility and forced displacement as to address livelihoods.
