The past couple days have been a complete whirlwind. After 2 years in the making, our new Yardbird location at Zürich Hauptbahnhof is NOW OPEN ‼️🎉 We wanted to give a big shout out to our new partners Autogrill Schweiz , our Yardbird team (both new and old), the SBB (CFF) team and all our suppliers and contractors for helping us realize this exciting new project. Thank you for all your continued hard work & dedication. Our Soft-Opening party was yours as much as it was ours. We're thrilled that we could raise a glass to this huge milestone with you and appreciate the countless hours you’ve all put in to this restaurant 🙌 Yardbird community - thank you for always being our biggest fans. 🚀Progress. It’s been over two years since we began planning the opening of Yardbird at Zürich Hauptbahnhof in the Main Hall. Most of the planning began last year during Easter holidays, and now we’re coming up to the last few weeks prior to opening. There’s been so much we’ve learned along the process, a couple things we might have lost our minds over😅…there’s been a few! But the main thing is that we’ve had incredible partners to share this journey with and make the process much smoother and easier to maneuver. 🤝Autogrill Schweiz for being our partner in the long game, especially to the core planning team who has worked tirelessly to make this project possible. 👷♂️Our architect Atelier Bubentraum for managing the process and bringing our vision to life. Especially to André Gisler. 🎨 Sayori Wada for being an incredible talent, bringing the artwork and personality to Yardbird. And to Studio Two2Tango for developing our new Coffee Brand called “Yardbean” which will be unveiled at the opening. 🦸🏻♂️And to our suppliers and contractors for their hard work and commitment to seeing this project come to fruition Just a few more weeks until we can finally open our doors!
