CELEBRATING 5 YEARS OF INTRAPRENEURSHIP AT IMPLENIA: A RECAP OF THE ANNIVERSARY PITCH EVENT Yesterday, Implenia celebrated five years of intrapreneurship with an inspiring event that looked back at innovation and intrapreneurship achievements from the past years and looks forward into the future. Since the launch of the KICKBOX intrapreneurship program, over 150 project ideas have been submitted (and validated), and successful concepts have been implemented across the organisation. The highlights of yesterday’s event included an inspiring CEO fireside chat and six idea pitches presented in front of an expert jury consisting of senior managers. The afternoon was rounded off with an insight talk by Chris Rüttimann, who shared his own experiences on how to bring your idea to a new venture. In the CEO fireside chat, André Wyss emphasized the importance of continuous innovation to stay competitive in a rapidly changing market. He shared insights on why innovation is one of Implenia’s four strategic pillars and encouraged everyone to keep pushing boundaries and bringing new ideas to life. THIS INSPIRING CHAT WAS FOLLOWED BY 6 ENGAGING PITCHES: 💡Seyma K. proposed a guest parking management solution integrated into the Wincasa Home App to streamline parking space usage. 💡Nicolas Brun showcased a knowledge-sharing tool, to improve information accessibility and collaboration within the company. 💡Sabina Golac pitched solar carports with integrated batteries to provide energy independence and additional income for property owners. 💡Bryan Reyes Leon presented a sustainable surf park concept for Sweden, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions and provide a local surfing option. 💡Samuel Escher introduced a subsidized shower head program to help tenants save water and reduce carbon footprints. 💡Ismail Boukli discussed creating an internal department for HVAC installations to enhance our service offerings and energy solutions. The jury selected Nur Seyma Kücük, Nicolas Brun and Sabina Golac as the winners of the event. They will receive a budget for further development, empowering the intrapreneurs to elevate their ideas to the next level.
