CompoTech is a creative composite engineering company providing a design, analysis and manufacturing service. Based around our own fibre laying technology we are able to to work with all kinds of customer to provide innovative composite solutions. We offer a complete solution to design, develop, test and analyse composite structures optimised to the material and the process to meet the end user requirements. We commit significant resources to research, and prototyping with emphasis on always improving our production processes. We do Composite engineering, from concept design to process development and production. Our speciality on composite processing is filament laying and winding with capabilities to wind in axial direction. Compotech is always striving for high quality and innovative design to achieve the best structural / weight performance in its projects. We help customers to realise market opportunities where composite materials properties can give their product improvement or new technology that would not otherwise be possible. We work with them to enhance their products and maximise their cost benefits. CompoTech increase the performance of your product. Our skills are stiff and strong composite beams and tubes from initial consultation, through the design and development, prototype manufacturing to mass production using our own fiber placement technology. We are specialists in optimizing composite structures down to individual fibers, we can design and calculate dynamic applications, ie custom frequency and damping. We focus predominantly on industrial applications – mainly components for production machinery: • beams for fast light machines • beams for heavy metal cutting machinery • rotary shafts, spindles and tools The experience gained in machine building and automation is utilised in other industries such as defense, transport, agriculture, cycling, and leisure marine.
