PCB Testing Done Right: Introducing the PCB Placer 🛠️ What gives us the confidence that a PCB will be perfectly placed in the FCT/ICT tester every time? It’s the PCB Placer, an essential part of the Test-it-off  solution for PCB testing. The process is simple yet highly effective: the AUBO collaborative robot picks up the PCB from the input source and places it in the PCB Placer. Here, the board is precisely aligned before being fitted into the test bed of the FCT/ICT tester. Once the testing is complete, the AUBO cobot safely removes the tested board—ensuring no errors or inaccuracies during placement. Test-it-off fully automates the entire PCB testing process. It only needs the boards to be prepared at the input, and by the end of testing, it will sort out flawless (and any faulty) pieces at the output. Operators can (for example) simply prepare the boards at the end of an afternoon shift, and Test-it-off will take care of the testing overnight, without any human presence required. Anyone can change a tested product in Test-it-off . Literally... 👇 The operator is guided through the entire process by the interactive and user-friendly environment of the Project Editor application, which does not allow him to make any mistakes. The instructional description of the individual steps tells the operator exactly what he needs in each step to make the introduction of a new product for testing a success.  Is the operator missing the right end-to-end tool for the collaborative robot? Or an adequate test tool (e.g. fixture for ICT/FCT tester of PCB)? The Project Editor will stop at that step and wait for the delivery of the appropriate hardware.  If you have information in your ERP/MES system about what the product is to be tested with (to the level of a specific test tool with a unique ID), Test-it-off will be able to check for the delivery of the correct hardware by the operator.  Test-it-off can offer these capabilities by linking to higher-level ERP/MES systems. How much time do you need to implement a new PCB into FCT/ICT testing? Typically, it takes weeks to months. Test-it-off  is designed to do it in an ONE HOUR. Tak tohle byla velká paráda! Ono celkem logicky se při vyhlášení cen dávají ty fotky z předávání, ale to je až to závěrečné ocenění dokončené práce. Dnes se předávaly ceny za Průmysl 4.0 vyhlašovatelů Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR / Confederation of Industry CZ a slovenské SAPIA. Než SPČR zveřejní oficiální fotky a tiskovou zprávu, dovolím si ukázat pár fotek a poblahopřát všem, ale zejména společnosti Kinali za jejich produkt Test-it-off. Gratulujeme!
